This all-day workshop will focus on the lessons put forth in the book by
Ernest Holmes, This Thing Called You. Specifically, Holmes states, “There is something within you beyond all doubt and fear, something which has never been limited by your acts or destroyed by your feeling.” In this workshop we will explore how internal and external conditions affect our lives and how to create individual opportunities for continued growth, despite apparent adversity.
